Pair writing
This method of writing combines the writer and editor. We write and edit in the same document simultaneously, alternating who’s doing what. It’s what makes us ultra-efficient: we cut out multiple feedback rounds and deliver finished products fast.
We’ve even done a talk about it at Product Design Week in London:
Content audits
We analyze your existing content before we deep dive into your brand and goals, so we can experience your brand as a user first. Then we organize our thoughts into a content audit, where we’ll offer a clear view of where you’re at: your successes, your pain points, and where we can help.
Team shadowing
We want to know how you really work. We’ll come to your office (or set up one-on-one virtual meetings) with the people that plan, produce, and publish your content. We want to chat with the interns and management team alike!
Workshops
Hosting copywriting and content creation training sessions ensures that everyone understands how to use the style guide and templates we provide — and it gives everyone the chance to ask, “Why are we doing this?” (We know your team will have those questions!)
“Inefficient workflows are holding teams back: 45% of surveyed companies report productivity losses caused by workflow inefficiencies.”
“Regarding trust in AI and companies using AI, the study showed that 21% of the respondents trust AI companies and their promises, and only 20% trust AI itself.”
“English is by far the language most widely used on SMEs’ websites (58%), reflecting its role as the ‘lingua franca’ of Europe…SMEs would expect on average a 32% turnover increase if their website were available in more languages.”
“Typos, broken links, and other mistakes quickly degrade credibility and communicate an overall lack of attention to detail."
Trustworthiness in Web Design: 4 Credibility Factors, Nielsen Norman Group
“If a website fails to meet…expectations in some way, they will immediately judge it as not credible. Bad spelling, grammar, layout, and overall design are…likely to decrease evaluations of credibility.”
