Ahh, email marketing. An age-old practice that still, somehow, has survived the evolution of the Internet. Email marketing has only become more difficult, thanks to spam and the bajillion emails that everyone seems to get a day.
Subject lines
Maybe *the* most important part of the email. After all, if the user doesn’t find the subject enticing enough, they’ll just hit Delete. What a waste, right?
We sometimes spend more time looking at the subject line than the email itself (kidding...kinda). Should we use an emoji? Should we personalize it with the recipient’s name? We’ll do the research so you don’t have to.
Content
As part of our content strategy services, we look at the entire journey: when the user is getting the email, what they saw beforehand, and what we want them to do after they’ve read it.
